Description
This project is about picking a current dilemma that you feel strongly about and creating a realistic law/bill about it. It involves giving statements why it should become a law, who benefits from it, why they benefit from it, who enforces the law, and all of the funding that it will require.
For mine specifically, I did why abortion should be illegal. |
Civic Literacy & Engagement
-Students will demonstrate an understanding of and ability to analyze and participate in government and in community, both locally and globally, in order to shape the circumstances that impact their daily lives and the lives of others.
This project really showed off my Civil Literacy & Engagement skills because it really required you to look more into depth about the government, different communities, how much government impacts lives, and more. It will also show off this skill because you really had to analyze how much time and effort the government puts into this country and cares about it: not only in laws but also money and their countries health.
